📦 Order Processing & Manufacturing Time
All NEXRYD bikes are made-to-order to ensure optimal quality and performance. Once your order is placed:
- Production Time: Approx. 10–14 business days to build and test your bike.
- We will notify you via email once your bike is ready to ship.
🌍 Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Shipping Route: We offer a fixed, direct shipping route from our manufacturing center to your address.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 38 to 45 days from the date of shipment.
Please note this timeline reflects standard global logistics and may vary slightly based on customs clearance and destination.
🔋 Special Handling for Lithium Battery Products
Our bikes contain Li-ion (lithium-ion) batteries, which are classified as hazardous goods under international shipping standards. For your safety:
- We follow all international packaging and transportation protocols for hazardous materials.
- This requires extra processing time before dispatch to ensure proper handling and compliance.
📑 Shipping Insurance
- Every shipment includes comprehensive shipping insurance at no additional cost to you.
- This covers loss or damage during transit.
- If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a claim or resolution.
🛂 Customs & Import Duties
- International shipments customs clearance and/or import duties included.
- NEXRYD is not responsible for any additional applicable processing fees charge by customs.
