NEXRYD products are designed and manufactured to meet high standards of safety and performance. However, improper use, modification, or maintenance of the product may lead to personal injury, property damage, or even death. By purchasing and using a NEXRYD product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
Riding an electric bicycle carries inherent risks. The user assumes full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others. NEXRYD is not liable for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or damages that occur as a result of:- Improper assembly, use, or maintenance;
- Failure to follow safety instructions or traffic laws;
- Riding in unsuitable conditions (e.g. severe weather, off-road, or traffic-heavy areas);
- Exceeding recommended weight limits or speed.

User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for:- Ensuring that the bicycle is in proper working condition before every ride;
- Wearing appropriate protective equipment, including helmets;
- Understanding and obeying all local traffic and vehicle laws;
- Regularly inspecting and maintaining the product.

Unauthorized Modifications
Any unauthorized modifications to the product, especially to the motor, battery, controller, or braking system, will void the warranty and may result in serious injury or legal consequences. -
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXRYD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product. In no event shall NEXRYD’s total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product. -
Product Intended Use
NEXRYD electric bicycles are designed for personal recreational or commuter use only. They are not intended for racing, stunt riding, towing, commercial use, or use by untrained riders.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the product. Use of the product constitutes acceptance of all risks and terms outlined above.
